2 hour Kayak Tour
The tour will start at the colonial harbor where you will meet your guide who will start by introducing you to the kayaks.
This tour is appropriate for beginners and all the equipment you will need will be provided: Kayaks, paddles, drysuits, shoes, and gloves
This Kayak tour includes a short introduction to the history of kayaks.
Once we are ready, you will be getting dressed up in our dry suits, so you will be ready to go in the water. You should keep some clothes on under the suit – there are many sizes available, and the guide will find your suit for you.
When everyone is ready, we will find our kayaks and the equipment we need, and we will get to the beach. Here you will start by sitting in the kayaks on shallow water for your safety. The guide will be at your side all the time for you to feel safe.
When everyone is feeling comfortable and safe, we will start paddling out on the water and see what we might encounter – maybe an iceberg will be close. We aim to spend about 1 hour on the water.
