Departure from Hotel to Airport

Pick-Up Guidelines:

• For flights, it is advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.

When booking your transfer:

• Please select a time slot that is 1.5 or 2.5 hours before your flight (or earlier if preferred).
• Our shuttle will arrive within 30 minutes after your selected time.
  Example: If you choose 07:00, expect the shuttle between 07:00 and 07:30.

Important:
Be ready at your location at the beginning of your selected time slot. The shuttle may not wait if you’re not present upon arrival.

Travel Time to Airport:
Approximately 15 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic and number of stops.

Arrival at Nuuk Airport

Arrival Instructions:

• Our shuttle will aim to meet you shortly after your flight lands, outside the terminal in the bus lane.
• Vehicles are clearly marked “Greenland Excursions.”
• For passengers arriving by ship, we’ll coordinate with your port arrival time whenever possible.

Travel Time to City/Hotel:
Approximately 15 to 30 minutes, depending on route and stops.

Booking Tip:
Please select the hourly time slot immediately after your flight arrival when reserving your transfer.

Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation available up until the scheduled transfer time.

Advance Booking:
Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before departure.
