There’s no fixed route, your captain will navigate toward recent wildlife sightings or captivating icebergs, offering you the best chance to encounter seals, white-tipped eagles, and even humpback whales during the summer months.
As you glide through the still waters, with no cell reception and endless horizons, you’ll feel the same sense of freedom that the first people must have felt when they arrived on Greenland’s shores over 5,000 years ago.
Follow in the Footsteps of the First Inuit
This journey takes you through ancient hunting grounds once used by the earliest Inuit settlers. While some areas may only reveal seals and whales today, others were historically home to mighty walruses.
You’ll also have excellent chances to witness spectacular icebergs year-round — majestic reminders of climate change in motion. These colossal ice formations tell a story of melting glaciers and shifting landscapes, offering a powerful, firsthand glimpse of nature’s delicate balance.

When you go out on an adventure, it is strongly recommended to bring both a camera and binoculars. It is also advisable to bring warm clothes for when you want to sit outside on the deck.

If the ship is cancelled due to bad weather in Nuuk, a full refund will be issued.
If the ship is cancelled for any other reason, including bad weather along the coast, no refund will be provided.
